Job Description
This position focuses on managing client relationships within Prestige Banking by ensuring seamless client interactions across the bank’s touchpoints. The incumbent will be responsible for identifying client financial needs, recommending tailored solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role requires execution of sales campaigns, entrenchment of lending and transactional products, and promoting customer retention strategies while ensuring compliance with banking standards and FAIS regulations.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Deliver a quality client experience by identifying and addressing service gaps across different touchpoints.
Proactively deepen client relationships with a focus on lending and transactional product uptake.
Promote and entrench participation in the bank’s rewards programme.
Drive campaign-based product sales and service initiatives.
Analyse client financial behaviour, product holdings, and future financial needs to provide tailored solutions.
Apply discretion when acting on client instructions within mandate and escalate when necessary.
Identify business opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
Retain and grow existing client portfolios by providing proactive support and presenting suitable financial solutions.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Education & Certifications
First Degree / NQF7 in Business Commerce.
FAIS Representative certification required.
Experience
3–4 years’ experience in sales, service, relationship management, credit applications, and financial advisory.
Proven ability to analyse customer behaviour, identify opportunities, and deliver financial solutions.
