Job Description
The Bank Resolution internship provides a unique opportunity for graduates to gain practical experience in handling banking crises, managing non-performing institutions, and supporting resolution strategies. Interns will work under supervision to contribute to policy analysis, resolution planning, and operational tasks in the Resolution Department. Successful candidates will be required to meet specific compliance requirements before commencement.

How to Apply
Support research and analysis on bank resolution strategies and best practices.
Assist in monitoring and evaluating the financial condition of distressed banks.
Participate in the preparation of resolution plans and recovery frameworks.
Contribute to data collection, analysis, and preparation of reports.
Provide administrative and technical support during resolution interventions.
Undertake other assignments related to bank resolution as may be delegated.
Must be a Kenyan citizen.
Degree or Diploma in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field from a recognized institution.
Graduated within the last three years.
Must be unemployed and without prior relevant work experience.
Should not have benefited from a similar internship program.
Not retired or exited from formal employment.
Compliance requirements before appointment:
Copy of National ID.
Curriculum Vitae.
Degree/Diploma certificate or transcripts.
Valid Certificate of Good Conduct from the Directorate of Criminal Investigation.
Valid personal medical insurance cover (NHIF or reputable provider).
Registration with National Social Security Fund (NSSF).
Personal accident insurance cover.
Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) PIN.
