Job Description
The Back-end Sales Support Specialist plays a vital role in optimizing and enhancing sales support within our organization. This position is responsible for managing supplier relationships, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services, and facilitating compliance with government contracts. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong negotiation skills to drive cost efficiency and operational success.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the logistics of delivering goods/services efficiently.
- Maintain open lines of communication with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure accurate and timely invoice processes for clients.
- Oversee the Goods Receipt Note (GRN) process, collaborating with the Finance team for payment approvals.
- Handle procurement requests from government entities, ensuring adherence to regulations.
- Manage the nuances of government contracts, ensuring compliance with specific requirements.
- Provide procurement support tailored to NEST operations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to meet operational demands effectively.
