1. Minimum of 5 years' experience in an audit firm
2. Prior experience auditing hospitality businesses (hotels, lodges, restaurants) is a strong advantage
3. Strong understanding of internal controls, stock management, and revenue processes including: Inventory controls (food & beverage stock, consumables, variance analysis), Revenue tracking (cash handling, POS systems, reconciliation procedures), Cost control measures
4. Compliance with standard operating procedures and petty cash reporting accuracy
5. Ability to work independently and deliver within tight timelines
6. Willingness to travel and work upcountry
