We are seeking a skilled and proactive Audit Senior to join our team. The successful candidate will lead audit engagements, ensuring compliance with the firm’s policies and professional standards, while providing high-quality client service, technical guidance, and mentorship to junior team members.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Plan and execute audits within agreed timelines.
Supervise, guide, and train engagement teams to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Review and analyze financial statements, identify risk areas, and recommend improvements.
Review audit reports for accuracy and compliance.
Key Result Areas:
Timely execution of audit processes.
On-time submission of reports to clients.
Management and development of client relationships.
Maintenance of professional relationships.
Contribution to business development initiatives.
Effective team leadership and management.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a busy audit firm, including experience as an in-charge senior on engagements.
Professional certification (CPA or ACCA) required.
Strong knowledge of IFRS and International Standards on Auditing (ISAs), with the ability to apply them in practice.
Solid understanding of accounting principles.
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
