About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Audit Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will manage audit engagements, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide valuable insights to clients. This role demands strong leadership, excellent communication, and in-depth knowledge of audit processes.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion.
Schedule audits and allocate staff for all team/cluster engagements.
Manage assigned client portfolios effectively.
Review and evaluate audit reports in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to audit teams, including interns and junior staff.
Review internal controls and risk management processes.
Prepare and present audit reports to clients and senior management.
Contribute to departmental business development initiatives.
Maintain and strengthen client relationships.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certification (CPA or ACCA) required.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in audit, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proficient in IFRS and International Standards on Auditing (ISAs).
Strong knowledge of audit methodologies and standards.
Experience managing and overseeing junior team members, including interns.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
