Job Description
The successful candidate will independently manage cases, provide advisory services, and support clients on litigation and corporate/commercial law matters. This includes preparing cases, representing clients in court, drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting legal research, and offering clear legal opinions. The Associate Lawyer will also supervise junior colleagues, collaborate with team members, and support firm-wide growth initiatives. This position provides exposure to high-value legal work, opportunities for career progression, and the chance to contribute to the overall management of the firm.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Handle a wide range of litigation matters, including case preparation, dispute resolution, and court representation.
Provide corporate and commercial legal advisory and transactional support.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Conduct legal research and produce well-structured legal opinions.
Manage cases and transactions independently, ensuring quality and timeliness.
Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the overall management and growth of the firm.
Supervise and mentor junior team members, supporting knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
4–7 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in litigation and corporate practice.
Strong drafting, analytical, and case management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated teamwork and leadership abilities.
Commitment to high standards of legal service delivery.
