Planning and setting goals for the team and the organization
Organizing and allocating resources, such as staff, budget, equipment, etc.
Leading and motivating the team to achieve the goals and overcome challenges

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Information Systems, Statistics, Business Administration, or any other related field from an accredited college or university
At least 5 years in a data analyst position, preferably working as a Data Analyst in a fast-paced and dynamic business setting.
Experience working in report creation, modelling, and trend forecasting. Demonstrates strong working knowledge of reporting tools such as Oracle Business Intelligence or any similar tools.
Clear understanding of key IT business systems, reporting and analytics, and data warehousing.
Demonstrate a deep interest in research and data analysis, drawing actionable insights from raw data and information to help further the firm's business cause.
