Qualifications, Education and Competencies

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

  • CPA, ACCA, or active progress toward certification is highly desirable.

  • A professional tax qualification will be an added advantage.

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in tax preparation, consulting, or a similar role.

  • Solid understanding of Ugandan tax laws, regulations, and compliance procedures.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
