Assistant Relationship Managers - SME job at KCB Bank
KCB Bank Uganda
We are looking for Assistant Relationship Managers - SME to sell SME products and provide business banking solutions to customers in Mbarara, Lira, Fort Portal and Gulu.
Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential SME customers and opportunities for business development.
Preparing credit proposals and financial statements for SME loan applications and ensuring compliance with the bank's policies and procedures.
Providing excellent customer service and maintaining regular contact with existing and prospective SME clients.
Monitoring the performance and risk profile of the SME portfolio and taking appropriate actions to mitigate any issues or challenges.
Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders within the bank to ensure smooth delivery of products and services to SME customers.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant business discipline.
Any professional qualification in general banking is an added advantage.
A master's degree is an added advantage.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales and services. Ability to identify, analyze and structure both SME lending requirements.
Extensive knowledge of banking products and services.
Demonstration of knowledge in Digital Financial services and their relevance to customers.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with ability to win business.
Passion for performance.
Open to new ideas in a rapidly changing business environment and innovative.
