Technical Support:

• Providing technical assistance to users experiencing issues with hardware, software, network, or other IT systems.

• Troubleshooting problems and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.

• Responding to help desk tickets, emails, or phone calls from users and providing appropriate solutions or escalating issues as needed.

  
  

Hardware and Software Maintenance:

• Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, peripherals, and software applications.

• Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates, patches, and system upgrades, to ensure optimal performance and security.

• Conducting regular inventory checks and equipment audits to track hardware and software assets.

Network Support:

• Assisting with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.

• Troubleshooting network connectivity issues and assisting users with network-related problems.

• Monitoring network performance and security, and implementing measures to ensure reliability and data integrity.

  
  

User Training and Documentation:

• Providing training and support to users on IT systems, software applications, and best practices.

• Creating and updating user documentation, manuals, and knowledge base articles to help users troubleshoot common issues independently.

• Conducting training sessions or workshops to educate users on IT security, data backup procedures, and other relevant topics.

Data Backup and Recovery:

• Implementing and managing data backup solutions to protect critical data and ensure business continuity.

• Performing regular backups of servers, databases, and user data, and testing backup and recovery procedures to verify data integrity.

• Assisting users with data recovery efforts in the event of data loss or system failures.
