Production Planning: Managing production schedules, ensuring and monitoring the implementation of the production plan, supply chain logistics.
Quality Control: Ensuring feed quality, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Team Management: Supervising production staff, training, and performance evaluation (remuneration system), hiring new employees.
Ensuring and controlling the continued operation of production equipment: its timely overhaul and maintenance
Budgeting: preparation and presentation of production needs for planned periods (half-year, quarter, month)
Inventory management: organize and be responsible for inventory of goods, raw materials and equipment.
Process Optimization: Implementing process improvements, reducing costs, and increasing efficiency.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring compliance with animal feed safety and quality regulations.
Research and Development: Collaborating with nutritionists and researchers to develop new feed formulations.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, or related field (preferable but not obligatory)
Details of experience
5 years’ experience in animal feed production or management (preferable but not obligatory)
Knowledge, skills and competences
Knowledge of animal nutrition and feed production processes (preferable but not obligatory)
Leadership and team management skills
Quality control and regulatory compliance expertise
