Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- AML/CFT: MLCO duties and FIA reporting.
- RISK: Maintain ERM framework and Risk Strategy.
- COMPLIANCE: Manage IRA directives and regulatory returns.
- GOVERNANCE: Legal risk assessment and Board reporting.
- DATA PROTECTION: Oversee Privacy & Protection frameworks.
