Location: Entebbe, Uganda
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Airport Services Agent to join our team in Entebbe, Uganda.
In this role, you will deliver exceptional service to our passengers, ensuring a smooth airport experience that reflects Qatar Airways’ five-star standards. You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for customers as they travel through the airport.

Coordinate with check-in, transfer desk, and other departments to ensure seamless passenger acceptance.
Guide arriving and departing passengers to designated areas including visa counters, lounges, transfer desks, and boarding gates.
Assist the Duty Officer in handling operational records and company materials.
Work closely with Ground Handling Agents (GHA) to facilitate prompt processing of transit and hotel passengers.
Ensure passengers receive consistent support through all airport facilities.
Supervise GHA staff across all flights to maintain Qatar Airways’ service standards.
Organize check-in counters and manage related documentation.
Perform additional tasks as required to support the smooth operation of airport services.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
To be successful in this role, you should have:
A high school qualification or equivalent
A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, with at least 1 year in the airline, travel, or hospitality industries
Fluency in English and excellent communication skills
A proactive, high-energy approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Strong computer literacy and familiarity with airport systems
A customer-first mindset with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
