Position Overview
The Agency Training Executive will play a key role in supporting and executing Prudential’s agency training programs. You’ll coordinate training logistics, deliver internal training sessions, monitor learning progress, and help drive agent performance across different levels of experience. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and facilitation skills.

How to Apply
Training Coordination & Communication
Act as the link between the Trainer Representative and the wider training function.
Organize weekly meetings with each directorate and conduct quarterly training needs assessments.
Coordinate agency training events for both part-time and full-time agents.
Training Content & Delivery
Draft monthly meeting schedules and mobilize attendance.
Design flyers or handouts summarizing key learnings for agents.
Support facilitation and logistics for Monthly Sales Congress events.
Implement Level 1 of the PRU Academy training program.
Conduct weekly training sessions for interns (4 to 6 months duration).
Program Support & Evaluation
Support Rookies Development Program graduations.
Track and share trainee progress reports with the Development function.
Communicate all relevant training information to eligible agents.
Script-Based Learning & Assessments
Drive implementation of script-based learning across all agent segments.
Conduct quarterly spot tests for agents within their first 4–6 months.
Reporting & Analytics
Prepare and submit accurate weekly and monthly training reports.
Other Duties
Perform additional duties as required in support of the training function.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-activity environment
Self-motivated with minimal supervision
