Job Description
The Advocacy and Communications Manager will lead Nama Health Impact's advocacy, communications, and stakeholder engagement efforts. This senior leadership role will drive the organisation's visibility, strengthen relationships with government, donors, partners, and communities, and position Nama Health Impact as a leading voice in advancing CHW professionalisation and community health systems strengthening in Uganda.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead advocacy campaigns at local, national, and regional levels to advance community health worker professionalisation.
- Develop compelling communications strategies and policy products.
- Manage the organisation's brand and digital platforms.
- Coordinate media engagement and translate research into actionable policy and public messaging.
- Strengthen relationships with government, donors, and partner organisations.
- Develop and maintain stakeholder engagement frameworks.
- Prepare donor reports and communications materials.
