Job Description

As a Regional Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing office support activities across the Mpumalanga region. Duties include organising logistics for meetings, conferences, and training, handling filing and documentation, processing invoices and expense claims, and ensuring budget controls are observed. You will liaise with internal departments and external vendors to resolve administrative issues, manage procurement requisitions, and oversee courier and travel arrangements. Additional responsibilities include handling customer queries, maintaining the GM’s diary, ordering uniforms and name badges for staff, and ensuring facilities and stationery are adequately managed. This role requires attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

How to Apply

Education:
