Job Description
As a Regional Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing office support activities across the Mpumalanga region. Duties include organising logistics for meetings, conferences, and training, handling filing and documentation, processing invoices and expense claims, and ensuring budget controls are observed. You will liaise with internal departments and external vendors to resolve administrative issues, manage procurement requisitions, and oversee courier and travel arrangements. Additional responsibilities include handling customer queries, maintaining the GM’s diary, ordering uniforms and name badges for staff, and ensuring facilities and stationery are adequately managed. This role requires attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

How to Apply
Coordinate regional meetings, training, conferences, and functions.
Act as secretary for departmental meetings, including minute-taking.
Administer expense claims, invoices, requisitions, and purchase orders.
Maintain filing systems, databases, and records of expenditure.
Liaise with MTN departments and vendors on administrative matters.
Ensure availability of stationery, uniforms, and name badges for staff.
Manage courier, postage, and catering arrangements.
Initiate and manage travel bookings and general expenses.
Support transactional HR functions within the region.
Handle customer queries and escalate to the Executive Client Liaison Team where necessary.
Manage the GM’s diary and act with discretion in handling sensitive matters.
Oversee facilities-related responsibilities for the regional office.
Assist with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as required.
Education:
Minimum 1-year Diploma in Commerce (Marketing/Communication or related).
Fluency in English (knowledge of local languages preferred).
Experience:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration or related specialization.
Experience in small to medium-sized organizations.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Budget and expense management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
Customer service orientation.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic IT systems.
Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
