Job Description

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily office operations, ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and complaints, managing calls, generating leads, and maintaining excellent client relationships. The ideal candidate must be familiar with CRM tools, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
