Job Description
Reporting to the Facilities Management team, the Administration Assistant will handle the coordination of building maintenance and outdoor facilities upkeep, ensuring all issues are addressed promptly. The role requires working closely with service providers and internal teams to manage maintenance tasks, logistics, and support requests. The successful candidate must ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards while maintaining accurate records and facilitating timely interventions for repairs and upkeep.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Monitor and coordinate routine maintenance of office buildings and outdoor facilities
Liaise with vendors and service providers for timely and quality service delivery
Support logistics for maintenance activities and ensure smooth operations
Maintain accurate maintenance and service records
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and cleanliness standards
Assist with inspection of premises and recommend improvements
Handle administrative support tasks related to facilities management
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Education:
Completion of secondary education is required
A first-level university degree (Bachelor’s) is an asset
Experience:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in administrative support, facilities management, or related area is required
Experience working in international or multicultural environments is an added advantage
Language:
Fluency in English is required
