Job Summary:
Exquisite Solution Limited is seeking an Admin Assistant for our client in the oil and gas sector to manage and support day-to-day administrative operations, including staff coordination, office logistics, security, and general office management.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Handle incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately.
Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
Draft, format, and distribute emails, correspondence, memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
Assist in the preparation of regular reports.
Maintain an organized filing and document management system.
Manage office supplies and procurement needs.
Coordinate travel arrangements for staff and management.
Provide general support to visitors and act as a primary point of contact for internal and external clients.
Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to address requests and queries from senior management.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Familiarity with on-site operational processes and procedures.
Strong team management and organizational skills to ensure efficient task completion.
Valid local government-approved Health Certificate.
Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese is an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and disciplines.
