Job Description
The Admin & HR Officer is responsible for implementing and maintaining administrative processes, supporting the General Manager in daily duties, and managing HR functions such as employee training, performance monitoring, and handling employee relations. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational, communication, and IT skills, along with the ability to handle confidential information and resolve HR-related issues efficiently.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Implement and maintain efficient administrative systems and procedures.
Assist the General Manager in daily administrative tasks.
Coordinate and organize employee training programs, including the creation of training materials.
Maintain confidentiality in handling employee records and sensitive information.
Monitor and report budget status to the GM, ensuring operations stay within financial limits.
Manage inventory and office supplies, ensuring timely replacements.
Facilitate effective communication and correspondence within the company.
Utilize HR and CRM software tools to support HR functions.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Education & Experience:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ post-NYSC experience in a relevant HR/Admin role.
Skills & Competencies:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Discretion and tact in handling confidential information.
Problem-solving skills for HR-related issues.
Familiarity with HR software and CRM tools.
