Liberty Life Assurance Uganda (LLAU)
To deliver activation related operational and administrative support services through the execution of predefined objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Customer Engagement:
Interacting directly with customers to promote products or services.
Conducting product demonstrations and explaining features and benefits.
Sales Support:
Assisting in the development and execution of sales strategies.
Generating leads and following up on potential sales opportunities.
Promotional Activities:
Organizing and participating in promotional events and campaigns.
Distributing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and samples.
Market Research:
Gathering customer feedback and insights to improve marketing strategies.
Monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
Brand Representation:
Acting as the face of the brand during activations and promotional events.
Ensuring consistent messaging and brand image.
Reporting and Analysis:
Tracking the effectiveness of promotional activities and campaigns.
Preparing reports on customer engagement, sales, and feedback.
