Job Description
Maxtech Electric Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented and hardworking Accountant to support our finance team. This role is ideal for someone with basic accounting knowledge and a willingness to learn. If you are good with numbers and want to grow in the accounting field, we encourage you to apply!
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Help in recording daily financial transactions (e.g., sales, expenses).
- Assist in preparing receipts, and payments.
- Support in keeping track of company accounts and financial reports.
- Work with URA to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Assist in submitting financial statements and other required tax documents.
- Help with bank transactions, deposits, and reconciliations.
- Maintain organized financial records and documents.
- Count and record stock movement (track what comes in and what goes out).
- Make sure stock records match with sales and purchases.
