Job Description
HR Beyond Limits is hiring an Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure compliance, and support the company’s financial health. The ideal candidate will have solid accounting experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, collections, and supplier payments
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial transactions
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including VAT, PAYE, and other statutory requirements
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking for projects and service contracts
- Monitor cash flow and support financial planning activities
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
- Support external audits and liaise with auditors when required
- Collaborate with operations and procurement teams to track inventory and service-related costs
