Job Description
The Accountant will monitor and manage stock levels of spare parts, lubricants, and fuel, ensuring timely re-orders and accurate monthly stock reports. The role requires liaising with internal stakeholders to identify material needs, coordinating with suppliers and the procurement team for timely deliveries, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies. The Accountant will also verify supplier invoices, receive and post procurement documents, and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proficient in accounting systems, and capable of managing time and tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

How to Apply
Monitor stock levels for spare parts, lubricants, and fuel; initiate re-orders when required.
Conduct monthly stock takes and prepare accurate stock reports.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to identify material requirements and support procurement.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams for timely delivery of supplies.
Verify supplier invoices for accuracy before submission for payment.
Receive, post, and file invoices and procurement documents according to company policy.
Proficiency in accounting systems and general accounting skills.
Strong computer literacy (MS Office).
Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial and procurement records.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
