Job Description
Act as the primary office-bound contact for client service requests and portfolio administration.
Monitor daily loan facilities and compliance with parameters/conditions; flag and action exceptions.
Prepare information to support credit applications and portfolio maintenance.
Identify and route cross-sell opportunities across Capitec products.
Ensure adherence to banking processes (incl. FICA) and business banking administration requirements.
Uphold client relationship management and service standards.

How to Apply
Manage client queries/requests for an assigned portfolio.
Daily monitoring of facilities and securities; escalate risk items.
Assist with preparing/motivating credit applications.
Maintain accurate portfolio records and documentation.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver client solutions.
Identify cross-sell opportunities to deepen client value.
Qualifications (Minimum)
Diploma in Commerce or Banking.
Qualifications (Ideal/Preferred)
Bachelor’s Degree in Banking or Commerce.
Experience (Minimum)
5+ years total experience, with ≥1 year in Business Banking.
Proven experience preparing and motivating credit applications (essential).
Knowledge (Minimum)
Capitec/industry product features and value propositions.
General banking practices and Business Banking processes.
Business and industry risk understanding for SME/business markets.
Credit principles (applications, securities, balance sheet requirements).
FICA requirements.
Client relationship management and service principles.
Knowledge (Ideal)
Competitor offerings and channels.
Capitec/Business Bank systems and processes.
Skills
Communication, negotiation, problem-solving, analytical thinking.
Planning, organising, and coordination.
Other Conditions
Clear criminal and credit record.
