Provide urgent care to patients who have suffered injuries or illnesses that require immediate medical attention. A&E nurses are responsible for assessing, triaging, stabilizing, and treating patients in a fast-paced and often stressful environment.
Also collaborate with other health professionals, such as doctors, paramedics, and radiologists, to ensure the best possible outcomes for the patients.

To be an A&E nurse, you need to have a bachelor's degree in nursing and a valid license to practice as a registered nurse.
You also need to have completed a postgraduate certificate or diploma in emergency nursing, or have equivalent experience in the field.
Additionally, you need to have excellent clinical skills, communication skills, problem-solving skills, and teamwork skills. You also need to be able to cope with pressure, trauma, and emotional distress. A&E nurses must be compassionate, resilient, and adaptable to the changing needs of the patients and the department.
