Savings Officer (8 Positions)

WomenSave Uganda

ROLE: Savings Officer

COMPENSATION: UGX 1,100,000/= per month

OVERVIEW:

WomenSave is looking for Savings Officers to serve approximately 300 active clients and offer our signature suite of products and services. They will work 40 hours per week, be based in Eastern Uganda (Kaliro or Namutumba district), travel 50% and report to a Senior Savings Officer.

Please submit your cover letter with CV and certified documents to humanresources@womensave.org by December 1, 2025 with the subject “Savings Officer.” We plan to select candidates for interviews in early December and fill this position by mid January.

How to Apply

Administrative: attend regular staff meetings

Monitoring Evaluation & Learning: submit weekly and monthly data, through the WomenSave mobile app


Programs: recruit new clients, conduct group financial literacy training, provide individual financial coaching, help clients open mobile money accounts and create savings plans, send regular deposit reminders, support groups to select Peer Mentors

Degree in Business Admin or equivalent Work experience in financial inclusion
