Job Title: Trainee Field Assistants (6 No Experience Jobs)

Duty Station: Kalangala, Uganda
The Trainee Field Assistant supports field operations in the palm oil plantation, gaining hands-on experience in agricultural practices, crop management, and farm operations. This entry-level role is designed for individuals who are interested in learning about the palm oil industry and developing skills related to plantation management, sustainable farming practices, and quality control. The Trainee Field Assistant will work closely with the Field Supervisor and other team members to ensure that daily operations are efficient, safe, and aligned with industry standards.

How to Apply
University Degree or Diploma in tropical Agriculture, Agronomy, soil science or horticulture from a recognized University.
Experience in tropical crops is an added advantage.
Other Competence:
Computer literate
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to ride a motorcycle,
Willingness to relocate to any group plantations within the estate from time to time
Willing to learn and undergo training
