Job Description
The successful candidates will work in the quality control laboratory under the supervision of senior analysts. They will be trained in performing microbiological and chemical tests, analyzing results, calibrating equipment, and ensuring compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to uphold product safety and quality.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct microbiological testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
Perform chemical analyses to verify product quality and safety.
Carry out sterility testing and environmental monitoring.
Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment.
Accurately record and document laboratory test results.
Ensure strict compliance with GLP, GMP, and regulatory standards.
Support internal audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology, Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field (Minimum Second Upper).
Graduated within the last 2 years.
Strong laboratory skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Knowledge of laboratory instruments and testing procedures.
Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
