Job Title: Trainees – 5 Positions
Organisation: Human Capital Business Solutions
Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
Job Summary: The objective of the Graduate in Training Programme is to expose the beneficiaries of the program to practice and on-the-job training in operations and maintenance of hydro power assets.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Assist in the installation and commissioning of solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, and related components.
Support routine inspection, servicing, and maintenance of renewable energy systems.
Assist in site surveys and basic system design under supervision.
Help with documentation including project reports, checklists, and system performance logs.
Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Participate actively in training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job learning.
Stay updated on emerging renewable energy technologies and best practices.
