Safety & Compliance

• Ensure machines operate safely, with all protective devices in place.

• Maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment.

Documentation & Reporting

• Accurately complete shift logs and production reports.

• Record machine downtimes and report technical issues.

• Report material shortages or inventory discrepancies.

Coordination & Communication

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

• Participate in shift handovers and brief incoming operators.

• Share feedback on machine performance and process improvements.

Continuous Improvement

• Support initiatives to boost efficiency and reduce waste.

• Recommend process adjustments to enhance productivity.

• Stay updated with training on new equipment and protocols.
