Job Summary: Our business is growing rapidly and we are currently seeking to hire a Dynamic, Competent and fresh graduates to fill the Vacant Position of GIT-Junior Sales Representative EV
The Graduate in Training (GIT) – GIT Junior Field Marketing Officer (EV Sales) is a 6-month, field-intensive apprenticeship for recent graduates, designed as the entry point into Watu’s EV sales career track. The GIT supports lead generation, client engagement, and onboarding activities in the field while gaining practical sales experience under mentorship
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct EV product and financing awareness campaigns in the field under guidance.
Follow up on client leads generated through activations, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
Assist Field Marketing Officers in door-to-door engagement, lead conversion, and client on boarding.
Participate in EV test rides, demos, and field events to generate product interest.
Educate customers on Watu’s EV value proposition and support in resolving objections.
Record client interaction outcomes in CRM tools and ensure accuracy in daily activity reporting.
Attend field coaching sessions, learn sales strategies, and shadow successful sales reps.
Coordinate with swap station partners and branch support teams during client on boarding.
Engage communities and prospects in high-footfall areas to grow EV brand visibility.
Perform additional duties as assigned, aligned with the GIT learning track.
Any other duty as may be assigned by the supervisor/management
