Job Description
We are looking to recruit three (03) experienced Sales and Marketing Executives to join our dynamic team.
As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for proactively promoting and selling a wide range of company products and printing services. You will educate potential customers on special offers, promotions, and discounts to maximize sales opportunities, drive profitability, and support company growth.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and execute sales strategies and programs to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
Assist in creating and implementing marketing plans for company products and services.
Serve as a key point of contact, marketing and selling company products to both existing and potential customers. Engage in B2B (Business to Business) and B2C (Business to Customer) sales models.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through meetings, calls, and personalized service.
Provide detailed information about product and service benefits to customers.
Collect market intelligence and customer data to inform pricing, delivery, and specifications negotiations.
Represent the company at trade shows, sales campaigns, and product launches.
Monitor and track sales data, ensuring quotas are met while analyzing market trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities.
Conduct analysis of trends, demographics, sales strategies, and pricing to improve marketing and sales performance.
Consistently achieve or exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Provide timely reports on sales activities and performance, as required by the supervisor.
Offer valuable insights on future buying trends to assist in sales forecasting.
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing with a reputable company.
Passionate about sales and marketing activities.
Proven track record of consistently meeting and surpassing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Prior experience in sales within general printing services, metal fabrication, furniture, and fittings products.
Excellent interpersonal, public relations, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
