Job Title: Sales Representative (Several Positions)

Job Type: : Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our micro lending team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting our micro lending products, converting potential clients and leads, and achieving monthly sales targets. This role requires someone highly motivated with excellent communication skills, reliability, being a self-starter, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

How to Apply
Identify and target potential clients for micro lending products.
Promote and explain micro lending products to potential clients.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets set by the management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction, customer retention, and repeat business.
Prepare and present monthly sales reports to the management team.

UACE Certificate or its Equivalent.
At least 1 year experience in sales or marketing
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to speak Luganda and English
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
