Job Title: 3 Branch Coordinators – Logbook Finance Product

Locations: Kawempe, Masaka, Lira, and Arua – Uganda
The Branch Coordinator will be responsible for leading and coordinating all sales and marketing efforts for the Logbook Finance Product across designated branches. The role involves building strong sales teams, ensuring branch performance, and driving customer growth while maintaining operational compliance.

How to Apply
Drive business acquisition and achieve set sales targets for the assigned branch(es).
Recruit, mentor, and retain a high-performing team of Sales Representatives.
Monitor and motivate team performance across all supervised branches.
Deliver regular training to build sales and product knowledge.
Ensure smooth branch operations and administrative compliance.
Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders involved in sales and collections.
Oversee and coordinate marketing campaigns and activities.
Provide hands-on leadership and ensure strong branch-level supervision.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the financial sector.
Sound knowledge of Asset Finance products.
Strong leadership, organizational, and supervisory skills.
Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and general computer applications.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
