How to Apply
Actively engage customers by providing clear and hands-on demonstrations of tech products and accessories.
Communicate product features and benefits effectively to aid customer decision-making.
Assess customer needs and offer personalized product recommendations to drive sales.
Support customers with initial device setup and offer basic troubleshooting advice.
Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing product displays; ensure demo units are functional and updated.
Participate in inventory management by conducting stock checks and reporting fast-moving or low-stock items.
Keep accurate records of daily sales, customer interactions, and share performance reports with supervisors.
Minimum of a Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in tech retail or gadget sales.
Strong knowledge of digital devices and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
High standards of professionalism, integrity, and reliability.
