How to Apply
Responsibilities:
Achieve your objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance.
Ensure that the sales department works cross functionally with executives from other departments.
To work as a marketing person to generate new lead sources and expand the target customer base, or with product and research teams/suppliers to make sure customer needs are met.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers
Ensuring that company set sales targets are met.
Carry on all other duties of a customer solutions Engineer that include;-
Recommend improved materials or machinery to customers, showing how changes will lower costs or increase production
Identifying and establishing new business
Design irrigation/Solar/Water treatment systems that give best results for a particular area.
Plan and modify products to meet customer needs.
Identifying and establishing new business.
Organizing client’s visits.
Preparing tenders, proposals and quotations.
Providing pre sales and post-sales support to clients.
Negotiating contracts, terms and conditions.
Writing reports and sales literature.
Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
Perform all other tasks assigned by management.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers

Market and promote the company and its business at every opportunity available
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree Water and Irrigation Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field
2 years working experience
