Job Summary:
Multiplex Limited is seeking two skilled and experienced Pavement Foremen to oversee and coordinate pavement construction activities on site. The successful candidates will ensure high-quality workmanship, adherence to project specifications, and compliance with health and safety standards. They will supervise pavement crews, manage resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

Supervise and coordinate all pavement construction activities, including asphalt laying, concrete surfacing, and compaction.
Assign tasks to pavement crews and monitor their performance to ensure quality and productivity.
Ensure all work is carried out according to project specifications, engineering drawings, and safety standards.
Inspect pavement materials and workmanship to maintain quality control.
Coordinate the use of paving machinery, tools, and equipment, ensuring proper operation and maintenance.
Monitor site safety, enforce health regulations, and implement corrective measures for hazards.
Maintain daily records of work progress, material usage, and workforce attendance.
Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, and site supervisors to achieve accurate levels, alignment, and project timelines.
Identify and resolve on-site technical issues efficiently.
Support overall project planning by reporting challenges, resource needs, and progress updates.
