Job Title: Credit Officer – Salary Loan (2 Positions – Kampala)

About the Role:
We are looking for qualified Credit Officers – Salary Loan to appraise, disburse, and monitor unsecured salary loans. This role is field-intensive and ideal for those with a strong background in credit analysis, customer engagement, and loan recovery.

How to Apply
Appraise and recommend salary loan applications in line with internal credit policies.
Explain loan terms and procedures to clients and guide them through the application process.
Monitor and follow up on active loans to ensure on-time repayment.
Conduct field verification of client information and assess creditworthiness.
Grow and manage a healthy loan portfolio through referrals and client retention.
Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Microfinance, or related field.
Experience: 1–2 years in salary loan processing, disbursement, and recovery.
Language: Fluency in both Luganda and English is essential.
Skills: Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
Integrity: Ability to handle client data and financial information with confidentiality and trust.
Age Range: 20–35 years.
Gender: Females are highly encouraged to apply.
Remuneration & Benefits:
Starting Net Salary: UGX 600,000
