Join Our Team! Business Development Officers (2 Positions)
Role Description:
We are seeking two dynamic and motivated Business Development Executives to join our team at Jora Shoes Company (U) Ltd. This full-time hybrid role will involve identifying new business opportunities, fostering and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. The position is based in Rubaga, Kampala, with flexibility for remote work (up to 60% of the time). The ideal candidate should have experience in all stages of the sales cycle.

How to Apply
Responsibilities:
Build and nurture relationships with potential clients
Maintain regular communication with existing clients
Manage the sales pipeline effectively
Analyze market trends and identify competitive advantages
Track performance metrics to ensure sales targets are achieved
Qualifications:
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the footwear industry
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
At least 1 year of experience in the sales industry
Experience handling the full sales cycle, including closing deals
Strong negotiation skills
CRM experience is preferred
