As the Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, supervising staff, and ensuring that guests receive exceptional service during their stay. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining a welcoming and efficient front office environment.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field

  • Proven experience as a Front Office Supervisor or in a similar role within the hotel industry

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle stressful situations

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
