Design and manage the implementation of a Gender Action Plan over the life of the project

Support the technical team to articulate the anticipated causal logic of project interventions, including through creating results chains.

The GEYSI Specialist will provide ongoing support to the GEYSI Advisor, technical teams, human resources, and monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) team for implementation of the Gender Action Plan (GAP).

The GESI Advisor will provide ongoing support to the Chief of Party, technical teams, human resources, and monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) team for implementation of the Gender Action Plan (GAP).
