Qualifications and Requirements
To qualify for the Apprenticeship Program job at Stanbic Bank Uganda, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Be a Ugandan citizen.
Have completed an undergraduate degree between 2023 – 2025.
Graduated with at least a 4.0 GPA or First Class Division.
Have less than 2 years of work experience.
Not be enrolled in another graduate program or internship.
Be willing to rotate across various business units.

Competencies and Skills
Applicants should demonstrate strong skills in teamwork, problem-solving, data management, and task management. Technical knowledge in banking processes, sales, negotiation, and numerical analysis will be an added advantage.
