The scope of work under this tender shall include the supply, delivery, and where applicable, inspection of high-quality feeder pillars and transformer meter boxes for the Company’s CAPEX programs, ensuring that all equipment meets the required technical specifications and national standards.

For the Kasese Substation Refurbishment Project, the contractor shall undertake comprehensive refurbishment works including but not limited to assessment of existing infrastructure, replacement or upgrading of electrical components, installation of new substation equipment, improvement of protection and control systems, and execution of all civil, mechanical, and electrical works necessary to restore the substation to optimal operational condition.

All works must be carried out in accordance with the Company guidelines, established safety protocols, and the timelines specified in the bidding documents, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing electricity distribution operations.
