The scope of work for this tender includes the supply and timely delivery of assorted goods and services required by the School for the 2026 financial year.

This entails the provision of food items such as maize flour, beans, sugar, tea leaves, rice, cooking oil, salt, soap, toilet paper, meat, fruits, and tea escorts;

supply of school uniforms, jumpers, printed stationery, general stationery, magazines, and calendars; and the delivery of laboratory reagents and equipment.

The work further covers professional and technical services including fumigation, audit services, servicing and repair of school vehicles, beds, cameras, and fire extinguishers.

All suppliers and service providers are expected to meet the required quality standards, adhere to agreed timelines, and ensure compliance with all procurement and regulatory guidelines set by the school.
