The Ministry , under the Global Fund Grant, requires the supply and distribution of printed, revised Health Management Information System (HMIS) tools to health facilities across Uganda. The scope includes the production of high-quality, standardized HMIS forms and registers according to Ministry specifications, proper packaging for safe transportation, and delivery to designated health facilities nationwide. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring accuracy in printing, adherence to the approved templates, timely delivery in batches as requested, and compliance with all quality, labeling, and security standards. The contract covers multiple renewable lots, requiring continuous supply and distribution throughout the contract period.
