Tender Description:
A Private Sector Body in Uganda, invites expressions of interest from qualified firms to participate in the Supply and Delivery of Personal Protective and Safety Equipment for Graduates
Scope of Work:
The scope of work under this tender includes the supply and timely delivery of various Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety gear to support 1,200 graduates participating in the Work Readiness Programme (WRP) under the WeWork Project.
The successful bidder will be responsible for procuring, packaging, and delivering high-quality safety items—including gloves, safety vests, goggles, respirators, ear protection, safety boots, lab coats, coveralls, and other specified PPE—to designated locations within Uganda, in line with the company’s quality standards and delivery schedules.
All equipment must comply with applicable occupational health and safety regulations and be suitable for use in sectors such as agriculture, hospitality, tourism, and the green economy.
The contractor will also be required to provide product warranties and documentation (where applicable), and ensure that deliveries are accompanied by proper labeling, manuals (if needed), and delivery notes to facilitate verification and acceptance.
