Tender Description:
A public sector organization in Uganda invites expressions of interest from qualified and eligible firms for the supply, installation, and configuration of IT security equipment and software at its head office and regional offices across the country.
Scope of Work:
The selected bidder will be responsible for the supply, installation, and configuration of IT security equipment and software to enhance the digital infrastructure. This includes providing a comprehensive range of hardware and software solutions tailored to meet the Institution’s security needs, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, antivirus software, and data encryption tools.
The selected bidder will also be required to ensure seamless integration of the equipment into the existing IT systems, perform necessary configurations, conduct testing to verify proper functionality, and provide training to relevant staff on the usage and management of the newly installed systems.
Additionally, the bidder will provide ongoing technical support and maintenance services for a specified period following installation to ensure the continued effectiveness and security of the systems.
