The scope of this disposal exercise covers the competitive sale of used motor vehicles, motorcycles, and assorted electronic equipment and generators owned by the Organization.

The successful bidders will be responsible for purchasing the listed items strictly on an “as-is, where-is” basis, following physical inspection at the designated Organization premises within the specified viewing dates.

This process includes the submission of sealed bids, participation in the bid opening, and fulfilling all payment obligations—including the required commitment fee and final balance—within the stipulated timelines.

Buyers will assume full responsibility for the collection, removal, and transportation of all items awarded to them immediately after payment confirmation.

The Organization will oversee the bidding, evaluation, award, and disposal process in accordance with its internal asset disposal procedures, ensuring fairness, transparency, and compliance with organizational and donor regulations.
